Testing Human Capital Research Corporation (HCRC) is a privately held educational consultancy located in Evanston, Illinois. Using an array of econometric and statistical research methods, HCRC provides colleges and universities with a wide range of services, including enrollment management, long-term strategic planning, program evaluation, institutional research and learning outcomes assessment. In addition to institutional consulting, HCRC also works with state and regional consortia of higher education on issues related to public policy and the economic and social impact of higher education.
