HCRC HIRES INDUSTRY LEADER IN SLATE FOR ADVANCEMENT
CHICAGO (October 14) – Human Capital Research Corporation (HCRC) proudly announces that Gina Mandros has joined the company as a Senior Director of Slate Service and Advancement Practice Leader. Gina joins the HCRC from a nationally recognized advancement consultancy where she served as associate vice president and led over a dozen Slate implementations and projects over the last two years. Gina’s experience in the Slate for Advancement space is unrivaled; she has completed more successful implementations than any other consultant in the industry and immediately adds strength and expertise to HCRC’s growing Slate for Advancement practice.

Prior to her consulting leadership experience, Gina served in roles of increasing responsibility for six years at Illinois Wesleyan University (IWU) in Bloomington, IL, culminating in being named as vice president of advancement. During her leadership tenure at IWU Gina successfully implemented Slate for Advancement as one of five beta schools for the product. Slate for Advancement is now trusted by over 100 schools nationally and continues to grow.
Gina began her career in the non-profit fundraising space, where she held pivotal roles at Easterseals Central Illinois and United Way of McLean County, directing resource development and operations, building sustainable strategies that enhanced community impact.
