HUMAN CAPITAL RESEARCH CORPORATION EXPANDS SLATE SERVICES LEADERSHIP

CHICAGO – Human Capital Research Corporation (HCRC) proudly announces that Trevor Johnson, director of service at Technolutions, has joined the firm as a Director of Slate Services. Trevor has developed a strong breadth and depth of Slate expertise over 10 years at Technolutions, as the Slate community has grown from 140 colleges and universities in 2013 to more than 1,600 today.

As a director at Technolutions, Trevor was responsible for the division-leading product implementation and end-user service, supporting all institutions using Slate. Previously, Trevor served as the associate director of client experience and as a senior program manager. During his tenure he led the "Launchpad" new client training program, teaching thousands of Slate users about myriad topics, from fundamental to advanced. Through client implementations, strategic interventions, and community engagement, Trevor has helped shape Slate as a product, while also helping colleges and universities make the most of this powerful tool.

"Trevor's client-first perspective will be an incredible asset to our team. He understands the nuances of a diverse client base and champions their needs, while advocating for best practices that streamline processes. Trevor brings a creative and practical approach to all of his work in Slate," said Chris Browning, Executive Director of Slate Services at HCRC.

Prior to joining Technolutions in 2013, Trevor held varying roles of increasing responsibility at Beloit College in admissions and financial aid. As part of the team that implemented Slate, Trevor focused on process optimization, architecting the transition from a paper-based application review process to one that took full advantage of Slate's paperless capabilities.

Trevor received his Bachelor of Arts in Theater Arts from Beloit College.
