Human Capital Education is a higher education partner built to support institutions as they plan for long-term success. Our mission is to enable colleges and universities to grow with purpose by helping institutions intentionally expand their internal capacity and capabilities through strategy, data, and execution. As the challenges facing colleges and universities become more interconnected and demanding, Human Capital brings together complementary expertise to help leaders make informed decisions, scale responsibly, and build sustainable models for the future.
Human Capital Education was formed through a series of intentional partnerships designed to meet the evolving needs of higher education institutions.
In 2025, Elsmere Education and Human Capital Research Corporation (HCRC) joined forces to create Human Capital Education. Elsmere Education contributed more than a decade of experience launching and managing high-quality online programs, while HCRC brought over 30 years of data-driven research and advisory expertise focused on institutional growth and sustainability.
In January 2026, Human Capital expanded further with the addition of Kennedy & Company. This step continued our strategy of purposeful growth. Each organization was brought together not to broaden offerings for their own sake, but to better serve institutions navigating increasing complexity across strategy, operations, and outcomes.
The acquisition of Kennedy & Company marks an important step in HCE’s continued evolution.
By welcoming Kennedy & Company into HCE, we are strengthening our ability to support institutions at critical decision points where strategy, resources, and execution must align. Kennedy & Company brings deep expertise in strategic planning, financial modeling, and performance improvement for higher education and mission-driven organizations.
This partnership reflects HCE’s commitment to intentional growth by expanding our portfolio of services thoughtfully and in direct response to what institutions need most as the higher education landscape becomes more complex.
Our values guide how we work with partners, make decisions, and how we show up in every engagement.
